摘　　要：目的:观察CT和MRI对雄激素治疗引起肝占位的诊断价值。方法:选取2016年8月—2023年5月于廊坊市中医医院长期接受雄激素治疗的再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)伴肝占位患者90例作为研究对象,患者均进行CT和MRI扫描。观察CT和MRI对雄激素致肝占位的诊断正确性和灵敏度。结果:CT与MRI对雄激素致肝占位患者的诊断正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.549,P=0.459)。CT与MRI对雄激素致肝占位诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT检查动脉期、门脉期雄激素致肝占位病灶数目检出231、244个;MRI检出动脉期、门脉期雄激素致肝占位病灶数目检出242、256个。结论:CT和MRI对雄激素治疗引起肝占位均具有良好的诊断价值。Objective:To observe the diagnostic value of CT and MRI on hepatic occupancy caused by androgen therapy.Methods:Ninety patients with aplastic anemia(hereinafter referred to as remyelination)with hepatic occupancy who received long-term androgen therapy at Langfang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and all the patients underwent CT and MRI scans.The correctness and sensitivity of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of androgen-induced hepatic occupancy were observed.Results:Comparing the diagnostic correctness of CT and MRI on patients with androgen-induced hepatic occupations,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.549,P=0.459);comparing the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of CT and MRI on the diagnosis of androgen-induced hepatic occupations,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the number of foci of androgen-induced hepatic occupancy in arterial phase and portal phase detected by CT was two hundred and thirty-one and two hundred and forty-four;the number of foci of androgen-induced hepatic occupancy in arterial phase and portal phase detected by MRI was two hundred and forty-two and two hundred and fifty-six.Conclusion:CT and MRI have good diagnostic value for androgen therapy-induced hepatic occupancy.
