摘  要:目的:分析血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE-cadherin)的水平与脑梗死严重程度的相关性。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,选取2022年5月—2023年4月在潍坊市益都中心医院接受治疗的脑梗死患者55例和健康人群(对照组)55例作为研究对象。脑梗死患者根据病情分为进展性脑梗死组(23例)和非进展性脑梗死组(32例),研究不同组别血清hs-CRP和VE-cadherin的结果差异,探讨血清hs-CRP和VE-cadherin对脑梗死危险分级的预测价值。结果:脑梗死(包含进展性脑梗死组和非进展性脑梗死组)患者血清hs-CRP和VE-cadherin水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进展性脑梗死组血清hs-CRP以及VE-cadherin高于非进展性脑梗死组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清hs-CRP、VE-cadherin与脑梗死的临床特征呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论:hs-CRP和VE-cadherin水平与脑梗死的病变程度呈正相关,两者均可作为脑梗死严重程度的潜在生物标志物。Objective:To analyze the correlation between the levels of serum ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and vascular endothelial cadherin(VE-cadherin)and the severity of cerebral infarction.Methods:Fifty-five patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in Weifang Yidu Central Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 and fifty-five patients from the healthy population(control group)were selected as the study subjects using retrospective research methods.Cerebral infarction patients were divided into progressive cerebral infarction group(twenty-three cases)and non-progressive cerebral infarction group(thirtytwo cases)according to their conditions,and the differences in the results of serum hs-CRP and VE-cadherin between different groups were investigated to explore the predictive value of serum hs-CRP and VE-cadherin on the risk grading of cerebral infarction.Results:The serum hs-CRP and VE-cadherin levels of patients with cerebral infarction(including the progressive cerebral infarction group and the non-progressive cerebral infarction group)were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);serum hs-CRP as well as VE-cadherin were higher in the progressive cerebral infarction group than in the non-progressive cerebral infarction group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);serum hs-CRP and VE-cadherin were positively correlated with the clinical features of cerebral infarction(P<0.001).Conclusion:hs-CRP and VE-cadherin levels were positively correlated with the degree of lesions in cerebral infarction,and both can be used as potential biomarkers for the severity of cerebral infarction.
