摘　　要：民办高校作为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,发挥着重要作用,其科研水平的高低在一定程度上影响着区域、地方经济建设与社会发展。民办高校在谋求科研可持续发展的进程中越来越深刻地意识到,有组织科研是提高科技创新能力、提升人才培养质量的重要途径。但民办高校在科研管理方面仍存在诸多问题,如科研项目质量不高、科研成果转化困难等,严重阻碍了有组织科研活动。文章旨在探讨有组织科研背景下,民办高校科研管理制度存在的问题以及创新途径,以期为民办高校的科研发展提供参考。As an important component of China’s higher education industry,private universities play an important role,and their scientific research level to a certain extent affects regional and local economic construction and social development.In the process of seeking sustainable development in scientific research,private universities are increasingly realizing that organized scientific research is an important way to improve scientific and technological innovation capabilities and improve the quality of talent cultivation.However,there are still many problems in the management of scientific research in private universities,such as low quality of scientific research projects and difficulties in transforming scientific research achievements,which seriously hinder organized scientific research activities.This article aims to explore the problems and innovative approaches in the scientific research management system of private universities in the context of organized research,in order to provide reference for the scientific research development of private universities.
