摘　　要：农业知识产权保护是知识产权保护的一部分,相比其他行业有其特殊性和规律性。文章研究表明,全国农林院校图书馆知识产权信息服务、知识传播和保护研究完善综合功能建设方面研究尚处于起步阶段。高校是科技创新的原发地,聚集了大量的科技人力资源、科研设备资源及科技信息源等,是国家科技创新的核心基地,同样农林高校是国家实现农业现代化服务“三农”最重要的力量源泉。因此,如何发挥出高校特别是农林高校广大科技人员创新积极性是十分必要的,提升农林高校图书馆的知识产权服务综合能力不可或缺。Agricultural intellectual property protection is a part of intellectual property protection.Compared with other industries,it has its own particularity and regularity.This article shows that,research on the construction of comprehensive functions for intellectual property information services,knowledge dissemination and protection in libraries of agricultural and forestry colleges across the country is still in its infancy.Universities are the origin of scientific and technological innovation.They have gathered a large number of scientific and technological human resources,scientific research equipment resources and scientific and technological information sources.Therefore,they are the core base of national scientific and technological innovation.Similarly,agricultural and forestry universities are the most important force in realizing agricultural modernization and serving rural areas and farmers.Therefore,it is very necessary to unleash the innovative enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel in universities,especially agricultural and forestry universities.It is indispensable to improve the comprehensive intellectual property service capabilities of agricultural and forestry university libraries.
