摘　　要：通过优选长效催化剂、调整环管反应器工艺控制参数,降低聚丙烯产品中金属和低分子量聚合物含量;控制气蒸单元、干燥单元操作参数,减少烃类物质和水分残留;优选造粒助剂,控制挤压造粒机操作参数,抑制聚丙烯降解,降低聚丙烯车用料产品气味。聚丙烯车用料产品经过持续改进,气味等级由3.5~4.0降低至2.5~3.0,达到客户使用要求。By optimizing the long-acting catalyst and adjusting the loop reactor process control parameters,the content of metal and low molecular weight polymer in polypropylene products was reduced,and the operation parameters of steam unit and drying unit were controlled,it can reduce hydrocarbon and water residue,optimize granulating additives,control operation parameters of extruding granulator,restrain polypropylene degradation,and reduce the smell of polypropylene vehicle materials.After continuous improvement,the smell grade of PP vehicle materials has been reduced from 3.5~4.0 to 2.5~3.0 to meet the requirements of customers.
