摘 要:针对吗啉精馏过程塔釜温度易受压力波动干扰问题,研究了串级PID控制方案。通过对现场生产数据进行系统辨识获得被控对象传递函数,利用Simulink搭建仿真模型,验证了串级PID控制方案的可行性,基于S7-300PLC设计了塔釜温度串级控制系统。该控制方案实现简单、调试方便,易于在PLC系统中实施,具有良好的推广价值。In view of the problem that the tower bottoms temperature in the morpholine distillation process is easily disturbed by pressure fluctuations,a study on a cascaded PID control scheme was conducted.The controlled object transfer function was obtained through system identification of on-site production data.A simulation model was constructed using Simulink to validate the feasibility of the cascaded PID control scheme.Subsequently,a cascaded control system for kettle temperature was designed based on the S7-300 PLC.This control scheme is characterized by simplicity,ease of debugging,and straightforward implementation within the PLC system.It holds significant potential for widespread application in view of its favorable attributes.
