摘 要:牡丹籽油含有大量不饱和脂肪酸,其理化特性符合化妆品基础油的特殊要求,在化妆品领域具有广阔的发展前景。通过细胞生物学技术、分子生物学技术、生化分析等手段,对牡丹籽油的抗敏舒缓、晒后修复功效及作用机理进行研究。结果表明,牡丹籽油对辣椒素诱导的人表皮细胞TRPV1的表达、肥大细胞脱颗粒现象均具有抑制作用;对UVB损伤的人表皮细胞、人真皮细胞也具有保护作用。因此将牡丹籽油作为一种具有抗敏舒缓和晒后修复功效的活性原料,在皮肤护理领域具有较高的应用价值。Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids,and its physicochemical properties meet the special requirements of cosmetic base oils,which has a broad development prospect in the field of cosmetics.Through cell biology technology,molecular biology technology,biochemical analysis and other means,the anti-allergy soothing,post-sun repair efficacy and mechanism of Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil were studied.The results showed that Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil inhibited capsaicin-induced TRPV1 expression and mast cell degranulation in human epidermal cells,and also protected UVB-damaged human epidermal cells and human dermal cells.Therefore,Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil has high application value in the field of skin care as an active ingredient with anti-allergy soothing and post-sun repair efficacy.
