摘  要:为研究有机酸对内酯类分子在卷烟中转移行为的影响及其原因,配制不同酸值的内酯类香料溶液并在卷烟中注射,利用气质联用技术,研究其在卷烟中贮藏和燃吸期间的转移特性。结果表明,有机酸会显著影响内酯在烟丝中的持留行为和滤棒迁移行为,中低酸值溶液中的内酯由于酸催化的醇解导致烟丝持留率降低,高酸值溶液会显著增强对内酯的定香能力,使烟丝持留率增高。通过液质联用方法,能够观察到内酯醇解产物在高温下回到内酯状态的过程,导致不同酸值溶液中的内酯具有基本一致的烟气转移率和滤棒截留率。In order to investigate the effects of organic acids on the transfer behavior of lactone molecules in cigarettes,the transfer properties of lactone flavors during storage and smoking in cigarettes were investigated.By preparing solutions of different acid values,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was utilized to acquire transfer ratio data of lactone flavors.The results showed that organic acids significantly affected the retention behavior of lactones in cigarettes and the migration behavior to filter rods.The lactones in the solutions with low and medium acid values decreased the retention rate of cigarettes due to the acid-catalyzed alcoholysis,while the solutions with high acid values significantly enhanced the aroma fixation ability of the solution,which led to the increase of the retention rate of cigarettes.With UPLC-MS,it was possible to observe the process of the lactone alcoholysis products returning to the lactone state at high temperature,resulting in basically the same smoke transfer rate and filter rod retention rate of lactones in solutions with different acid values.
