摘　　要：在装备制造业数字化、网络化和智能化水平不断升级的背景下,联合外部知识资源,实现智力资本跨越组织边界的交互与融合是高端装备制造企业实现突破性创新的必要途径。本文从知识协同视角出发,探究高端装备制造企业突破性创新的驱动要素和耦合机理,从理论上明晰知识协同视角下高端制造企业突破性创新的内在形成逻辑和耦合脉络,以期为高端制造企业摆脱传统资源依赖,实现创新活动高质量发展,突破技术创新活动的结构性瓶颈提供实践支持。In the context of the continuous upgrading of the level of digitization,networking and intelligence in the equipment manufacturing industry,combining external knowledge resources to realize the interaction and integration of intellectual capital across organizational boundaries is a necessary way for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve breakthrough innovation.From the perspective of knowledge collaboration,the research explores the driving factors and coupling mechanism of breakthrough innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,aiming to theoretically clarify the inherent logic and coupling vein of breakthrough innovation of high-end manufacturing enterprises under the perspective of knowledge collaboration.This is intended to help high-end manufacturing enterprises get rid of traditional resource dependence,achieve high-quality development of innovation activities,overcome structural bottlenecks in technological innovation activities,and provide practical support.
