摘　　要：谭恩美的《接骨师之女》聚焦美国华裔移民的身份认同问题。女儿的身份追索和母亲的身份宣示都表明,文化符号作为特殊的意识秩序在移民身份的构建中提供了身份族裔性言说的关键手段。在符号域理论视角下,茹灵母女各自的精神境遇俨然是文化符号在身份言说中的代言。Amy Tan's novel The Bonesetter's Daughter incorporates her close attention to the issue of identity of Chinese American immigrants.Ruth's seeking and Lu Ling's demonstration of identity indicate that the cultural manifestation of ethnicity is critical to individual immigrants'identity.It is the cultural signs that provide the key device for the ethnic writing in the novel.From the theoretical perspective of Yuri Lotman's semiosphere,a comparison of spiritual circumstance between Ruth and Lu Ling illustrates clearly the close connection between cultural signs and ethnic identity.
