摘 要:通过分析国内利用既有铁路开行市域列车项目效果及存在问题,明确利用既有铁路开行市域列车仅能作为都市圈市域铁路规划网络的重要补充。从与城市、铁路的关联度两大角度,构建铁路利用评价指标体系,对福州都市圈范围内的快速、普速、支线铁路进行初步筛选,得出与福州都市圈市域铁路概念网强相关线路。从分圈层、分廊道角度对强相关线路进行功能替代及复合利用分析,提出将公交化改造后可替代和一般性改造后增开市域列车两类利用既有铁路线路纳入福州都市圈市域铁路规划网络。By analyzing the effectiveness and existing problems of using existing railways to operate suburban trains in the domestic project,it is clear that using existing railways to operate suburban trains can only be served as an important supplement for suburban railway network planning of metropolitan area.A railway utilization evaluation index system is constructed from two perspectives:the correlation with cities and the correlation with railways.Preliminary screening of lines strongly related to the conceptual network of suburban railway planning in the Fuzhou metropolitan area is carried out from fast railways,ordinary speed railways and branch railways.The substitution and composite utilization of strong correlation railways′function are analyzed from the perspective of circles and corridors,and it is proposed that public transformation and general renovation of using existing railway are included in the suburban railway network planning of Fuzhou metropolitan area.
