摘　　要：减量化原则是一种通过减少或简化复杂性、冗余和浪费来提升效率和可持续性的设计理念。本文从地砖产品的全生命周期角度出发,结合减量化原则和装配式装修理论体系,提出了涵盖生产过程、装修环节、废料回收三个方面的减量化设计要求。开发了以挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(XPS板)为基材的新型复合地砖,研究了其材料特性和工艺,测试了抗冲击性与破坏强度两项物理性能。从物理性能、铺设方法与成本以及废料回收再利用三个方面与传统地砖进行对比分析。结果显示,新型复合地砖可满足装配式装修要求,符合减量化原则。相关成果能为室内装饰产品的可持续发展提供借鉴与参考。The principle of reduction is a design concept that improves efficiency and sustainability by reducing or simplifying complexity,redundancy,and waste.Starting from the perspective of the entire lifecycle of floor tile products,combined with the principle of reduction and the theoretical system of prefabricated decoration,this article proposes reduction design requirements covering three aspects:production process,decoration process,and waste recycling.A new type of composite floor tile based on extruded polystyrene foam board(XPS board)was developed.Comparative analysis with traditional floor tiles in terms of physical properties,laying methods and costs,and waste recycling and reuse.The results show that the new composite floor tiles can meet the requirements of prefabricated decoration and comply with the principle of reduction.The relevant achievements can provide reference and inspiration for the sustainable development of indoor decoration products.
