摘　　要：目的:观察枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合乳果糖口服溶液治疗老年慢性便秘的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月贵港市覃塘区人民医院收治的老年慢性便秘患者60例为研究对象,使用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乳果糖口服溶液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后临床症状和治疗依从性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。治疗前,两组便秘患者症状自评量表(PAC-YSM)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PAC-YSM评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合乳果糖口服溶液能有效提高老年慢性便秘患者的治疗效果及依从性,改善患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the effect of Mosapride citrate tablets combined with lactulose oral solution in the treatment of chronic constipation in the elderly.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with chronic constipation treated in Guigang Qintang District People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by digital random method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with lactulose oral solution on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);before treatment,there was no significant difference in constipation patient symptom checklist(PAC-YSM)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PAC-YSM scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:Mosapride citrate combined with lactulose oral solution can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and compliance of elderly patients with chronic constipation and improve their clinical symptoms.
