高速涡轮牙钻配合微创拔牙刀应用于阻生智齿拔除患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究高速涡轮牙钻配合微创拔牙刀应用于阻生智齿拔除患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于揭阳市揭西县人民医院拟行阻生智齿拔除术的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规拔牙术治疗,观察组实施高速涡轮牙钻配合微创拔牙刀治疗。比较两组手术时间、拔牙窝完整性、张口受限度、舒适度[舒适状况量表(GCQ)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,拔牙窝完整性及张口受限度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组GCQ评分高于术前,VAS评分低于术前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:对阻生智齿拔除患者应用高速涡轮牙钻配合微创拔牙刀治疗,可缩短手术时间,保证拔牙窝完整性,且张口受限度较小,能够减轻患者术后痛感,提高舒适度,安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of high-speed turbine dental drill with minimally invasive extraction knife application in patients with impacted wisdom teeth removal.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients who were to undergo extraction of impacted wisdom teeth in Jieyang Jiexi County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,sixty cases each.The control group was treated with conventional extraction surgery,and the observation group was treated with high-speed turbine dental drill with minimally invasive extraction knife.The two groups were compared in terms of operative time,extraction socket integrity,mouth opening limit,comfort[comfort status scale(GCQ)],pain[visual analog scale(VAS)score]and postoperative complication rate.Results:The surgical time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the integrity of the extraction socket and the limitation of mouth opening were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3 d postoperatively,the GCQ scores of the two groups were higher than the preoperative scores and the VAS scores were lower than those of the preoperative scores,and the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application of highspeed turbine dental drill with minimally invasive extraction knife for patients with impacted wisdom teeth extraction can shorten the operation time,ensure the integrity of the extraction socket,and open the mouth with less limitations,which can reduce the postoperative pain of the patients,improve the comfort,and have a higher safety.
