摘  要:该文从文化学视角出发,对陈氏太极拳的文化价值进行研究,包括陈氏太极拳技击文化和养生文化,对陈氏太极拳技击、养生文化发展的历史回顾和发展前景进行分析研究。研究认为,在陈氏太极拳的技击技术中,包含掤、捋、挤、按、采、挒、肘、靠、拳、腿、膝、摔等内容,相比拳击要丰富许多;陈氏太极拳养生功法共由四大板块构成,分别是陈氏太极拳养生机理、陈氏太极拳基本功法、陈氏太极拳培元养气法、陈氏太极拳精要十八式,养生原理是通过低强度、持续性的有氧运动,促进周身循环畅通,从而达到促进代谢、增强肌肉活力的目的。技击与养生文化以中国传统儒家、道家哲学思想、阴阳两极学说为核心,共同组成太极文化。From the perspective of culturology,this paper studies the cultural value of Chen's Taijiquan,including its attack and defense culture and health culture,and analyzes and studies the historical review and prospect of the development of the attack and defense culture and health culture of Chen's Taijiquan.Research believes that in the attack and defense techniques of Chen's Taijiquan,warding off,rolling back,pressing,pushing,plucking,rending,elbowing,bumping,punching,kicking,kneeing and wrestling are almost all of them,which are much richer than those in boxing,and that the health exercises of Chen's Taijiquan consist of four major parts:the health mechanism of Chen's Taijiquan,the basic exercise of Chen's Taijiquan,the Yuan and Qi cultivation method of Chen's Taijiquan and the essential 18 styles of Chen's Taijiquan,with the health principles of promoting the smooth circulation of the whole body through low-intensity and continuous aerobic exercise,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting metabolism and enhancing muscle vitality.Attack and defense culture and health culture are based on Chinese traditional Confucianism,Taoism philosophy and the yin-yang theory,which together constitute Taiji culture.
