摘  要:目的:探讨早临床理念指导答辩式教学结合ORTCC模式在内分泌教学改革中的应用。方法:本研究将2022年8月至2023年8月到首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院实习的62名学生作为研究对象,按学号顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组31人。对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用早临床理念指导答辩式教学结合ORTCC模式教学。实习后,评估两组学生理论知识考核、临床实践考核及综合能力考核成绩。采用SPSS 22.0进行t检验。结果:对照组实习学生理论知识考核成绩为(87.00±3.86)分,观察组实习学生理论知识考核成绩为(91.26±4.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.09,P<0.001)。观察组实习学生临床实践考核得分和综合能力考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早临床理念指导答辩式教学结合ORTCC模式有助于内分泌科实习学生理论知识的掌握及临床实践技能和综合能力的提升,并能有效提高实习教学质量。Objective To explore the application of the early clinical exposure concept-guided question-answer teaching model combined with the ORTCC(objectives,rules,training,check,and culture)model in endocrine teaching reform.Methods Sixty-two students who interned at Beijing Anzhen Hospital of Capital Medical University from August 2022 to August 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of student number,with 31 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching,while the observation group received early clinical exposure concept-guided question-answer teaching combined with the ORTCC model.At the end of the internship,the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical and practical assessment scores and comprehensive competency assessment scores. SPSS 22.0 was used to perform the t-test. Results The theoretical assessment score of the controlgroup was (87.00±3.86) points, while that of the observation group was (91.26±4.34) points, with astatistically significant difference between the two groups (t=4.09, P<0.001). The observation group alsoshowed significantly higher scores of clinical practice assessment and comprehensive competency assessmentthan the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of question-answer teaching guided by theearly clinical exposure concept and the ORTCC model is helpful for endocrine interns to master theoreticalknowledge and acquire clinical practical skills and comprehensive abilities, effectively improving the qualityof internship teaching.
