摘 要:科研人员的发展受到所处的整个社会生态系统的影响,然而现有独立效应的研究无法解释其学术产出路径的复杂性。基于社会生态系统理论,本研究从微观、中观、宏观3个系统中识别出6个前因条件,构建了高校青年科研人员学术产出的多重并发机制模型,并运用fsQCA方法分析影响青年科研人员学术产出的组态路径。结果发现:不存在引致高校青年科研人员高学术产出的单个必要条件;存在6条可以引发青年科研人员高学术产出的组态路径,根据核心条件的分布特征,可将其归纳为四种类型:自我发展型、团队合作型、环境支持型、要素聚合型。研究成果从社会生态系统视角探讨了多维前因条件对高校青年科研人员学术产出的组态效应,为提升科研人员学术产出提供实践启示。As an important means to promote social development,the innovation of science and technology has become increasingly critical and urgent.Universities as the main place for the implementation of scientific and technological innovation strategies,undertak-ing the important mission of producing high-quality scientific research results.Among them,young researchers,as the main body of scientific and technological innovation activities,their academic output is the main source of scientific research achievements in univer-sities.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of the academic output of young researchers.Although existing studies have explored the influencing factors on the academic output of researchers in universities from many as-pects,these studies mostly examine the"net effect"of influencing factors on academic output,and few studies have explored the im-pact of interaction and matching between multi-level factors on academic output,which makes it difficult to explain the complex caus-al mechanism of academic output of researchers in universities.Therefore,based on social ecosystem theory,this study identifies six antecedent conditions from the micro,meso,and macro systems,which constitute the theoretical model of the academic output of young researchers,and uses the fsQCA method to analyze the configuration path affecting the academic output of young researchers in univer-sities.In this paper,88 young researchers from different disciplines and different levels were used as research subjects.The results show that there is no single necessary condition for the high academic output of young researchers in universities;and there are 6 configura-tion paths that can trigger high academic output,which can be summarized into four types according to the distribution characteristics of core conditions:self-development,teamwork,environmental support,and factor aggregation.Specifically,the self-development type emphasizes that individuals achieve high academic output in the process of self-developm
