摘　　要：目的 比较2种不同的染色方法对胃镜活检标本中幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况的检测效果。方法 收集1 039例胃镜活检标本,分别采用免疫组织化学染色法和W-S银染法检测Hp感染情况,2种方法均为阳性时诊断为Hp感染。结果 W-S银染法中Hp着色呈黑色或棕黑色,背景呈淡黄色,对比度差,Hp阳性率为15.9%(165/1039),其中+、++、+++阳性率分别为0.3%(3/1039)、3.4%(35/1039)、12.2%(127/1039),敏感性和特异性均为100%;免疫组织化学染色中Hp着色呈棕色或棕褐色,背景呈白色,对比度较强,Hp阳性率为15.9%(165/1039),其中+、++、+++阳性率分别为0.3%(3/1039)、3.6%(37/1039)、12.0%(125/1039),敏感性和特异性均为100%。结论 从Hp着色和背景着色对比比较,免疫组织化学染色法染色效果优于W-S银染法。Objective To compare the detection results of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in gastroscopy biopsy specimens by two different staining methods.Methods A total of 1039 samples of gastroscopy biopsy were collected,and the infection of Hp was detected by immunohistochemistry staining and W-S silver staining,respectively.When both methods were positive and the diagnosis was Hp infection.Results In W-S silver staining method,Hp staining was black or brownish black,and the background was light yellow,with poor contrast between the signal and background.The positive rate of Hp was 15.9%(165/1039),and the positive rates of+,++and+++were 0.3%(3/1039),3.4%(35/1039)and 12.2%(127/1039),respectively,with sensitivity and specificity of 100%.In immunohistochemical staining method,Hp staining was brown or tan,and the background was white,with good contrast.The positive rate of Hp was 15.9%(165/1039),and the positive rates of+,++and+++were 0.3%(3/1039),3.6%(37/1039)and 12.0(125/1039),respectively.The sensitivity and specificity were 100%.Conclusion In the detection of Hp infection,immunohistochemical staining is better than W-S silver staining in the comparison of Hp staining and background staining.
