摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略进程中,人才作为振兴之要件,发展之根本,是逐步缩小城乡差距、促进城乡均衡发展、实现城乡渐次融合的重要推手。立足于审视人才在城乡融合发展与乡村高质量振兴中的价值与功用,聚焦江苏省常州市具象村域,通过实地走访、问卷调查、深度访谈等形式,就其价值意蕴、现实样态、推进理路等方面对城乡人才融合发展这一议题进行多构面透视与思考。着力阐明人才引擎赋能乡村融合发展进而推进乡村高质量全面振兴的价值构面,深刻洞悉村域城乡人才融合体制机制建设的现实瓶颈,立足实际提出突破藩篱、摆脱掣肘的长效优化策略。In the process of rural revitalization strategy,talents,as a key factor of revitalization,are an important force in gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,promoting balanced development of urban and rural areas,and realizing the gradual integration of urban and rural areas.Based on the value and function of talents in the integrated development of urban and rural areas and high-quality rural revitalization,the countryside of Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province is focused on,and through field visits,questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and other forms of field visits,a multifaceted perspective and reflection on the topic of the integrated development of urban and rural talents in terms of the value and meaning,the reality,and the path of practice is provided.It focuses on clarifying the value of the talent engine that empowers the integrated development of the countryside and thus promotes the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside with high quality,gaining a deep insight into the bottlenecks in the institutional mechanism of the integration of urban and rural talents in the village area,and proposing a long-term optimization strategy to overcome the problems based on the practicality of the situation.
