摘　　要：心理健康是促进特殊职业大学生——民航飞行学员职业发展和安全飞行的前提,也是其健康生活的重要保障,在文献分析和理论研究的基础上,探讨民航飞行学员心理健康的现状、意义和标准,以心理健康标准为基础,结合民航飞行学员工作、训练和生活的特点提炼出心理健康评价一级指标6个,采用质性研究方法归纳出二级指标27个,完成民航飞行学员心理健康评价指标体系的建构。Mental health is the premise to promote the professional development and safe flight of special vocational college students-civil aviation flight cadets,and also an important guarantee for their healthy life.Based on literature analysis and theoretical research,the current situation,significance and standards of the mental health of civil aviation flight cadets are disussed.On the basis of the mental health standards,and in combination with the characteristics of the work,training and life of civil aviation flight cadets,six primary indicators of mental health assessment are extracted.Using qualitative research methods,27 secondary indicators are summarized.The construction of the evaluation index system for the psychological health assessment of civil aviation flight cadets has been completed.
