系统论视角下新时代党的自我革命的要素、结构与功能

摘　　要：新时代党的自我革命是以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业全过程的系统性工程,需要一体化、制度化、规范化推进。系统论视角下,新时代推进党的自我革命的深入实践呈现出“要素生成—结构优化—功能提升”的逻辑进路。在生成要素层面,中国共产党没有任何自己的特殊利益决定了自我革命的生发逻辑,跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率,实现长期执政,解决党内存在的突出问题必须经由自我革命。在实践结构层面,新时代党的自我革命具有多重实践样态:党的自我革命制度规范体系是重要保障,勇于自我革命的干部队伍是实践主体,持之以恒反对腐败是具体抓手,永葆自我革命的勇气是精神底蕴。在价值功能层面,新时代推进党的自我革命是永葆马克思主义政党本色的内在要求,是把握党和国家事业发展历史主动性的必然选择,具有引领伟大社会革命的战略价值。The self-revolution of the Party in the new era is a systematic project in the whole process of comprehensively promoting the construction of a powerful country and national rejuvenation with Chinese path to modernization,which needs to be integrated,institutionalized and standardized.From the perspective of systems theory,the in-depth practice of promoting the Party’s self-revolution in the new era presents a logical path of“element generation—structural optimization—functional enhancement”.At the level of generating factors,the CPC has no special interests of its own to determine the logic of self-revolution.It has to jump out of the historical cycle rate,achieve long-term governance,and solve the prominent problems in the party through self-revolution.At the level of practical structure,the self-revolution of the Party in the new era has multiple practical patterns:The normative system of the Party’s self-revolution system is an important guarantee;The cadre team that dares to self-revolution is the main form;Persistently opposing corruption is a practical lever;Maintaining the courage of self-revolution is a spiritual heritage.At the level of value function,promoting the self-revolution of the Party in the new era is an inherent requirement for maintaining the true nature of a Marxist political party,an inevitable choice for grasping the historical initiative of the development of the Party and the state,and has strategic value in leading the great social revolution.
