摘　　要：德拉·沃尔佩以卢梭对三种自由概念的讨论为切入点,合理审视卢梭关于平等主义的自由理论的哲学构想,进而开展他对自由迷思的深入讨论。德拉·沃尔佩敏锐捕捉到自由和民主的双面性特征并提出现代自由的“两个灵魂”理论。通过对卢梭和马克思共同关注的“分配平等”问题的深入阐释,德拉·沃尔佩发现,在社会主义合法性议题之下,公民自由与平等自由的融合有助于平等主义自由的实现。全面准确理解德拉·沃尔佩的社会主义民主政治思想,对整体把握资本主义政治制度和社会主义政治制度的合理性成分,捍卫马克思有关自由理论的整体性哲学意蕴以及辨析西方诸学者对社会主义自由、平等的误读和质疑均有重要的理论价值。Dela Volpe takes Rousseau’s discussion of the three concepts of freedom as a starting point,reasonably examines Rousseau’s philosophical conception of egalitarian freedom theory,and then carries out his in-depth discussion of the myth of freedom.Dela Volpe keenly captures the dual nature of freedom and democracy and proposes the“two souls”theory of modern freedom.Through an in-depth interpretation of the issue of“equal distribution”that Rousseau and Marx are both concerned about,Dela Volpe found that under the issue of socialist legitimacy,the integration of civil freedom and equal freedom contributes to the realization of egalitarian freedom.A comprehensive and accurate understanding of Dela Volpe’s socialist democratic political ideology is of great theoretical value for grasping the rational components of capitalist and socialist political systems as a whole,defending the holistic philosophical implications of Marx’s theory of freedom,and analyzing the misreading and questioning of social freedom and equality by western scholars.
