摘  要:肿瘤分子分型可以为肿瘤研究提供从病因到预后一系列有价值的信息,为精准治疗提供依据。人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)的高速发展提高了预测肿瘤分子分型及相关基因的准确性。基于肿瘤病理全切片图像、基因数据库及影像资料等进行子宫内膜癌、胃癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤分子分型及其相关的突变基因的研究,可为其精准治疗提供参考。运用AI模型分析的过程不受人为影响,具有客观、高效、可常规开展等优点。在精准医疗时代,基于AI的肿瘤分子分型技术将会越来越成熟,也会更有效地应用于临床。Tumor molecular typing provides valuable information ranging from etiology to prognosis in tumor research,serving as a basis for accurate treatment.The rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)has improved the accuracy of predicting tumor molecular typing and related genes.Studies on the molecular typing of tumors such as endometrial cancer,gastric cancer,and breast cancer,based on whole slide images of tumor pathology,gene databases,and imaging data,can provide references for precision therapy The process of analysis using AI models is free from human influence,and offers advantages of being objective,efficient,and easily implementable.In the era of precision medicine,AI-based tumor molecular typing technology will become increasingly mature and more effectively applied in clinical practice.
