摘　　要：近年来,石油化工行业的发展速度有所放缓,但其投资规模仍呈现增长态势,预示着该行业的发展前景依然充满潜力。文章首先对化工工程项目的特性及其工程造价的重要性进行阐述,结合化工项目在各个建设阶段的造价管理工作,提出了一系列有效的控制措施。In recent years,the development speed of the petrochemical industry has slowed down,but its investment scale still shows a growth trend,indicating that the development prospect of the industry is still full of potential.This paper f irst expounds the characteristics of chemical engineering projects and the importance of engineering cost,and puts forward a series of effective control measures based on the cost management of chemical projects in each construction stage.
