融合导诊与导航功能的微信小程序在医疗机构中的应用研究

摘　　要：在当前医疗机构面向社会提供服务支持的过程当中,仍然存在患者寻路困难、停车场寻车难度大、服务台咨询量大以及患者监管不到位的问题。如何解决这些问题,优化患者就医体验,成为医疗机构工作人员迫切需要解决的课题。基于互联网技术打造医院导诊导航系统,可以为患者提供电子化就医环境与功能,让患者感受到更为人性化与高效的就诊体验。文章阐述与分析融合导诊与导航功能的微信小程序开发问题及其在医疗机构中的应用问题,以全程指引患者就医,优化就医流程,提高医疗机构信息化水平,满足智慧医院信息化建设的相关要求。In the current process of providing service support to society in medical institutions,there are still problems such as difficulty in finding the way for patients,difficulty in finding cars in parking lots,high volume of consultation at service desks,and inadequate patient supervision.How to solve these problems and optimize the patient's medical experience has become an urgent issue that medical institution staff need to solve.Building a hospital guidance and navigation system based on Internet technology can provide patients with electronic medical environment and functions,so that patients can feel a more humane and efficient medical experience.The article elaborates and analyzes the development issues of WeChat mini programs that integrate guidance and navigation functions,as well as their application in medical institutions.It aims to guide patients through the entire process,optimize the medical process,improve the level of information technology in medical institutions,and meet the relevant requirements of smart hospital information construction.
