摘　　要：目的 探讨卵巢Brenner瘤的CT、 MRI表现,以提高对该病的认识及诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析我院2019年10月至2023年3月经手术病理证实的14例卵巢Brenner瘤的临床及影像学特征。结果 14例Brenner瘤患者均已绝经,均为单侧,左侧10例,右侧4例。12例良性,交界性、恶性各1例。7例囊实性、4例实性、3例囊性。实性部分T_(2)WI呈低信号或低信号为主、夹杂高信号。实性部分ADC值范围约0.25~117×10^(-3)mm^(2)s,平均ADC值为1.14×10^(-3)mm^(2)s,其中1例恶性患者的ADC值为1.01×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,4例良性ADC值低于1.0×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s。9例伴钙化,其中交界性、恶性各1例;7例增强扫描呈轻中度渐进性强化,3例(其中1例恶性)TIC曲线呈持续上升型。4例合并粘液性囊腺瘤。结论 卵巢Brenner瘤具有一定的影像特点,多伴钙化、ADC值范围广、TIC曲线呈持续上升型,但钙化、ADC值、TIC曲线型态不能作为判断良恶性的依据。Objective To investigate the CT and MRI features of Brenner tumor of ovary in order to improve the understanding and diagnosis of the disease.Methods The clinical and imaging features of 14cases of ovarian Brenner tumor confirmed by surgical pathology in our hospital from October 2019to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 14 patients with Brenner's tumor were postmenopausal and were unilateral,with 10 patients on the left side and 4 patients on the right side.12 cases were benign,1 case borderline and 1 case malignant.There were 7 cases of solid-cystic,4 cases of solid and 3 cases of cystic.Solid part T_(2WI) showed low signal or mainly low signal,mixed with high signal.The ADC values of the solid part ranged from 0.25 to 1.17×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,with an average ADC value of 1.14×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,including 1 malignant patient with an ADC value of 1.01×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s,and 4 benign patients with an ADC value below 1.0×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s.There were 9 cases with calcification,of which 1 case was borderline and 1 case was malignant.7 cases showed mild to moderate progressive enhancement,and 3 cases(1 of which was malignant) had continuous upward TIC curve.4 cases combined with mucious cystadenoma.Conclusion Brenner tumor of ovary has certain imaging characteristics.often accompanied by calcification,a wide range of ADC values,and a continuously rising TIC curve.Howeve r,calcification,ADC value,and TIC curve type cannot be used as the basis for judging benign and malignant.
