盾构穿越复杂铁路群影响分析研究

摘  要:以天津轨道交通某区间隧道穿越普速铁路、高速铁路复杂节点为研究背景,通过有限元数值模拟,分析盾构施工引起的铁路路基沉降、高架铁路桥桩变形。通过研究表明:采用有限元数值分析模拟盾构隧道下穿铁路工况,计算得到的铁路路基及桥桩变形量与理论分析基本相符,可用于盾构穿越工况影响分析;对于高保护要求的铁路线路,可采取隔离桩的形式有效减小穿越施工带来的影响;采用增设注浆孔管片并进行二次深孔注浆,对于穿越施工阶段与运营阶段均起到很好的保护作用。Based on the research background of a section tunnel of Tianjin Rail Transit passing through the complex nodes of normal speed railway and high-speed railway,the railway subgrade settlement and viaduct bridge pile deformation caused by shield construction are analyzed through finite element numerical simulation.The research shows that the deformation of railway subgrade and bridge pile calculated by finite element numerical analysis is basically consistent with the theoretical analysis,which can be used to analyze the impact of shield tunnel crossing conditions.For railway lines with high protection requirements,isolation piles can be used to effectively reduce the impact of crossing construction.The addition of grouting hole segments and the secondary deep hole grouting can play a very good role in the protection of the crossing construction stage and the operation stage.
