摘　　要：玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(Distiller’s dried grains with solubles,DDGS)是工业乙醇生产过程中的主要副产物,其粗脂肪、粗蛋白等营养成分含量较高,合理利用DDGS能够有效缓解我国养猪业快速发展带来的饲料资源短缺的现状。文章就近年来国内外关于DDGS在猪生产中的应用研究进行整理总结,以期为DDGS在畜禽养殖中的高效利用提供参考。Distiller's dried grains with solubles(DDGS)are a major byproduct in the production process of the ethanol industry,with high levels of nutrients such as ether extract and crude protein.The pig farming industry in China is developing rapidly,and reasonable utilization of DDGS can effectively alleviate the current situation of feed resource shortage.We have organized and summarized the research on the application of DDGS in pig production both domestically and internationally in recent years,hoping to improve the utilization efficiency of DDGS.
