摘 要:文章主要阐述了非语言沟通在家庭教育中的重要性及应用技巧,通过文献研究、行动研究归纳出七种非语言沟通技巧,这些技巧可以为家长在家庭教育的沟通中提供一些参考和启示。非语言沟通是一种有效的沟通方式,在家庭教育沟通中,很多家长只重视语言沟通却忽视了非语言沟通,事实上非语言沟通可以传递出用语言不易或无法表达的微妙的情感情绪,使家长表达的内容更加丰富,进而使沟通的过程自然地产生共鸣和互动。家长有必要掌握一些非语言沟通的技巧,并恰当地运用到与孩子的交流中,提高家长与孩子间的沟通效能。The article mainly elaborates on the importance and application skills of nonverbal communication in family education.Through literature research and action research,seven types of nonverbal communication skills are summarized,which can provide some reference and inspiration for parents in communication in family education.Non verbal communication is an effective way of communication.In family education communication,many parents only value verbal communication but neglect non-verbal communication.In fact,non-verbal communication can convey subtle emotions that are difficult or impossible to express in language,making the content expressed by parents more rich,and thus naturally producing resonance and interaction in the communication process.It is necessary for parents to master some non-verbal communication skills and apply themappropriately in communication with their children to improve communication efficiency between parents and children.
