摘　　要：中国要实现高水平科技自立自强,突破技术封锁,解决“卡脖子”难题,关键在培养国家战略人才。战略科学家作为国家科技发展的总设计师,为实现高水平科技自立自强指明方向,加强培养和使用战略科学家对中国科技事业发展具有重要意义。通过广泛收集整理有关战略科学家研究最新文献,梳理战略科学家概念的演化过程,总结战略科学家精神时代特征,阐述战略科学家对社会发展的作用机理,探索性地提出战略科学家未来研究展望。In order for China to achieve high level of scientific and technological self-reliance,break through technological blockade and solve the problem of stuck neck,the key is to cultivate national strategic talents.As the chief designer of national science and technology development,strategic scientists point out the direction for achieving high level science and technology self-reliance,and strengthening the training and use of strategic scientists is of great significance to the development of China's science and technology.Through extensive collection and collation of the latest literature on the research of strategic scientists,the study sorts out the evolution process of the concept of strategic scientists,summarizes the characteristics of the spiritual times of strategic scientists,expounds the mechanism of strategic scientists'role in social development,and puts forward the prospect of future research of strategic scientists.
