摘　　要：目的:对比三种方法治疗乳牙牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:87例乳牙牙髓炎患儿分为采用干髓术、根管填充氧化锌丁香油糊剂、根管填充vitapex糊剂治疗的A组、B组、C组。结果:A组、B组、C组治疗后7d近期总有效率和随访1年后远期治疗成功率均呈升高趋势;牙周脓肿改善时间、牙齿松动改善时间、牙槽骨吸收改善时间呈缩短趋势;治疗后7d龈沟液炎性因子水平、牙周情况指标呈降低趋势;治疗后7d、1个月疼痛评分呈降低趋势(P<0.05)。结论:与干髓术及根管填充氧化锌丁香油糊剂相比,采用根管填充vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙牙髓炎具有较好的近期和远期疗效。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of three methods in treating pulpitis of deciduous teeth.Methods:87 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth were divided into group A,group B and group C,which were treated by pulp drying,root canal filling with zinc oxide clove oil paste and root canal filling with vitapex paste.Results:In group A,group B and group C,the short-term total effective rate 7 days after treatment and the long-term success rate after 1 year of follow-up showed an upward trend.The improvement time of periodontal abscess,tooth loosening and alveolar bone absorption was shortened.7 days after treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal index showed a downward trend;The pain score showed a decreasing trend at 7 d and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with pulp drying and root canal filling with zinc oxide clove oil paste,root canal filling with vitapex paste has better short-term and long-term effects on pulpitis of deciduous teeth.
