网络世界中数字公民主体性地位——基于阿甘本例外状态的思考

摘　　要：阿甘本的“例外状态”引发我们对网络世界的思考。区别于现实的物理世界,网络世界以数字科技的发展为支撑,渗透进人们生活的方方面面。网络世界的主权者大多由掌握算法的平台充任,数字公民处于随时可能成为“赤裸生命”的危险中。网络世界的影响不断冲击着物理世界,包括算法“去人化”决断和平台算法优待行为带来的数字正义问题,以及网络世界发展给物理世界带来的社会问题。网络世界中的数字公民要求合法权益受到保护,要求自由和平等的地位,这就需要提升数字公民的素养,实现网络世界的公正平等。Forrest Gump's exceptional state triggers our contemplation of the online world.Unlike the real physical world,the online world is supported by the development of digital technology and permeates every aspect of people's lives.The sovereignty of the online world is mostly held by platforms that master algorithms,and every digital citizen in the online world is in danger of becoming naked at any time.The impact of the online world continues to impact the real physical world,including the digital justice issues brought about by the dehumanization of algorithms,the algorithmic preferential behavior of platforms,and the social problems brought about by the development of the online world in the physical world.Digital citizens in the online world demand protection of their legitimate rights and interests,as well as a status of freedom and equality.This requires improving the literacy of digital citizens and achieving a fair and equal online world.
