摘　　要：从筹备基础和策展理念两方面分析总结大学博物馆开展科学家专题展、弘扬科学家精神的经验和启示,提出建立科技名人档案库、重视科学人物研究工作、完善工作协同机制的意见建议,实现藏、研、展密切结合,使科学家精神自然融入专题展览中。The focus of this paper is how university museums develop,design and display special exhibitions of scientists based on the advantages of archives,so that to promote the spirit of scientists.From the two aspects of preparation basis and curatorial concept,this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of university museums in carrying out the special exhibition of scientists and promoting the spirit of scientists,and proposes to establish the archives of scientific and technological celebrities,pay attention to scientific research,improve the work coordination mechanism,so as to realize the close combination of collection,research and exhibition,and naturally integrate the spirit of scientists into the thematic exhibitions.
