摘　　要：食品检验中使用的仪器设备准确性是确保检验结果准确的重要基础。为了确保相关仪器设备在检验工作中技术性能的稳定性,就需要加强对仪器设备的管理,确保仪器设备处于最佳使用状态,以达到保障实验室检验工作准确、有效的目的。The accuracy of the instruments and equipment used in food inspection is an important foundation for ensuring the accuracy of inspection results.In order to ensure the stability of the technical performance of relevant instruments and equipment in the inspection work,it is necessary to strengthen the management of instruments and equipment,ensure that they are in the best use state,and achieve the goal of ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of laboratory inspection work.
