摘 要:该文提出了一种新型的带可更换耗能装置的预制混凝土梁柱节点。该装置主要由上下削弱钢板和开孔削弱H型钢板组成。设计了一个带有可更换耗能装置的试件和一个现浇整体试件,对其开展了梁端循环往复试验研究,探究了该节点的滞回响应、梁纵筋应变、极限承载能力、耗能能力、残余转角和震后可恢复性。试验结果表明,带可更换耗能装置的试件能够将塑性区域从梁柱的核心部分转移到耗能装置上,实现耗能装置耗能;在耗能装置屈服破坏时,梁柱仍为弹性状态;相比于现浇试件其耗能能力高出20%,该装置具有良好的耗能能力和震后可恢复性。This paper proposes a novel prefabricated concrete beam-column joint with replaceable energy dissipation devices,which mainly consists of weakened upper and lower steel plates and perforated weakened H-shaped steel plates.A specimen with replaceable energy dissipation devices and a cast-in-place integrated specimen were designed and subjected to cyclic loading at the beam end to investigate the hysteretic response,longitudinal bar strain,ultimate bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,residual deformation and post-earthquake recoverability of the joint.The test results show that the specimen with replaceable energy dissipation devices can transfer the plastic zone from the core part of the beam-column to the energy dissipation device to realize energy dissipation.When the energy dissipation device yields and fails,the beam-column is still in elastic state.Compared with the cast-in-place specimen,the energy dissipation capacity of the joint with replaceable energy dissipation devices is 20%higher,indicating good energy dissipation and post-earthquake recoverability performance.
