摘  要:系统识别和理解大学治理中的多重逻辑及其互动机制,是高等教育强国的微观基础。以大学治理的“三维多层框架”为基础,将个体多元身份作为大学治理多重逻辑的参考点,以人才引进情况为主要治理观测点,编制了北京市大学治理调查问卷。调查发现:大学治理的制度逻辑差异主要体现在大学治理的中观和微观分析层次,主要的差异来源是专职教学科研教师对一系列治理议题的评价显著地低于“双肩挑”教师,此外在职称、政治面貌等方面也体现出差异。差异的背后体现了组织治理的“身份政治”原理。进一步深入推进大学治理现代化,需要在治理的过程中去构建“本土性知识”,充分关照“个体情感”。Systematically identifying and understanding the multiple logics and their interactive mechanisms in university governance is the micro-foundation for building a higher education power.Based on the“three-dimensional multi-layer framework”of university governance,taking the diverse identities of individuals as the reference point for the multiple logics of university governance,and taking the talent introduction as the main governance observation point,this study constructed a survey questionnaire on municipal university governance in Beijing.The survey found that:the differences in institutional logics of university governance are mainly reflected in the meso-and micro-levels of university governance analysis,and the main source of differences comes from the significantly lower evaluations of a series of governance issues by full-time teaching and research faculty compared to“double-shouldered”faculty.In addition,differences are also reflected in aspects such as professional titles and political status.The differences behind reflect the“identity politics”principle of organizational governance.To further promote the modernization of university governance,it is necessary to build“local knowledge”in the governance process and fully address“individual emotions”.
