摘　　要：报告1例面部黑素棘皮瘤。患者男,69岁,左面颊部丘疹1个月。皮肤科检查:左面颊褐色丘疹,周围覆油腻性细薄鳞屑。皮损组织病理:角化过度,棘层肥厚,表皮呈乳头瘤样增生,可见基底样细胞,表皮散在大量含有黑素的树枝状黑素细胞,真皮浅层较多单一核炎细胞浸润,较多嗜黑素细胞。免疫组化:广谱角蛋白(CKpan)(+),S-100蛋白(S-100)(+),HMB-45(-)。诊断:面部黑素棘皮瘤。A case of facial melanoacanthoma is reported.A 69-year-old male presented with a papule on his left cheek for one month.Dermatological examination showed a brown papule on the left cheek,covered with greasy fine scales around the periphery.Histopathological examination of the skin lesion revealed hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,and papillomatosis.Small basaloid cells were present in the epidermis layer,and large dendritic cells with abundant melanin granules spread throughout the epidermis.A high degree of mononuclear inflammatory cell infiltration and massive melanophilic cells were present in the superficial dermis.Immunohistochemistry showed CKpan(+),S-100(+),HMB-45(-).A diagnosis of facial melanoacanthoma was established.
