摘　　要：目的探究依达拉奉联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及对BNP和胱抑素C水平的影响。方法选取2020年5月~2023年4月纳入的130例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字法分为两组。对照组(n=65)采用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,研究组(n=65)采用依达拉奉联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗。评估两组患者临床疗效、神经功能、BNP水平、胱抑素C水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7 d、14 d,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1 d、2 d、7 d,研究组BNP、CysC水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者总不良反应发生5例,对照组患者总不良反应发生3例,两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合尿激酶治疗脑梗死可改善患者神经功能和BNP、胱抑素C水平,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction and the effect on the levels of BNP and cystatin C.Methods 130 patients with cerebral infarction enrolled from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group(n=65)according to random number method.The control group received intravenous urokinase thrombolytic therapy,and the study group received intravenous urokinase thrombolytic therapy combined with edaravone.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,BNP level,cystatin C level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were evaluated in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the study group at 7 and 14 days after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study group of BNP and CysC levels in 1 d,2 d and 7 d were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were 5 cases of adverse reactions in the study group and 3 cases in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with urokinase can improve nerve function,BNP and cystatin C level in patients with cerebral infarction with high safety.
