摘  要:新时代的课程思政建设是落实教育立德树人根本任务的重要举措。课程思政建设为法治人才培育引领正确方向,是新时代法学教育发展及法律逻辑教学范式转向的现实需要。法律逻辑课程思政元素可从多维度挖掘,但现实中还存在着思政元素与课程内容衔接生硬的问题。此外,在法律逻辑课程教学内容、形式及考核方式上的不足也阻碍着课程思政建设效果。为此,法律逻辑课程思政建设应明确目标方向,加强师资队伍建设、提升教师的思政教育能力,并始终坚持以实践为导向的原则,充分发挥学生主体作用。此外,还应结合学科特点挖掘思政元素,实现与课程内容的衔接,并不断丰富课程形式、优化考核体系。The construction of curriculum ideology and politics in the new era is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in education.The construction of curriculum ideology and politics leads the correct direction for cultivating legal talents,which is a practical need for the development of legal education in the new era and the paradigm shift of legal logic teaching.The construction of curriculum ideology and politics in the course of Legal Logic can be explored from multiple dimensions,but in reality,there is still a problem of rigid connection between ideological and political elements and course content.In addition,the shortcomings in teaching content,form,and assessment methods of Legal Logic course also hinder the effectiveness of the construction of curriculum ideology and politics.Therefore,the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in the course of Legal Logic should have clear goals and directions,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,enhance the ideological and political education ability of teachers,and always adhere to the principle of practice orientation to fully play the role of students as the main body.In addition,it is necessary to combine the discipline characteristics to explore ideological and political elements,achieve the integration with the course content,and continuously enrich the course format and optimize the assessment system.
