摘　　要：分析了ZYFM型油水分离器的工作原理和自动控制原理,发现该型油水分离器设计上有缺陷,导致船员故意排放超标污油水。通过改进控制线路和换装气开式三通阀,消除了设计上的缺陷,彻底杜绝了船员恶意排放超标污油水的现象。该方法具有思路新、成本低、操作简单和就地取材的特点,实际应用效果显著,具有良好的市场推广前景。The working principle and automatic control principle of ZYFM oil-water separator are analyzed,and it is found that the design of this oil-water separator has defects,which lead to the deliberate discharge of excessive dirty oil water by the crew.By improving the control circuit and replacing the air-open three-way valve,the design defects are eliminated,andthe discharge of excessive dirty oil water can be avoided.This method is innovative,with low cost,and easy to operate with materials easily available.The method is proved to be effective and of market value.
