摘　　要：民办高等教育是高等教育的重要组成部分。近年来,我国综合国力不断提升,民办高校呈现越来越好的发展态势。青年教师是民办高校中的重要人力资源,在民办高校师资队伍中扮演着越来越重要的角色,青年教师教学能力直接影响民办高校的人才培养质量。如何提高青年教师教学能力问题,成为各民办高校面临的重大课题。分析民办高校青年教师教学能力现状,指出青年教师教学能力发展存在的问题,从政府、学校和个人三个层面阐述促进民办高校青年教师教学能力提升的策略。Private higher education is an important part of higher education.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,private colleges and universities are showing a better and better development trend.Young teachers are an important human resource in private colleges and universities and play an increasingly important role in the teaching team of private colleges and universities.The teaching ability of young teachers directly affects the talent training quality of private colleges and universities.How to improve the teaching ability of young teachers has become the work of private colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of young teachers’teaching ability in private colleges and universities,points out the problems existing in the development of young teachers’teaching ability,and expounds the strategies to promote the improvement of young teachers’ability in private colleges and universities from the three levels of government,school and individual.
