体育教学中陆地冰壶运动的融入

摘　　要：青少年冰雪运动及校园冰雪运动意义深远,为了推动陆地冰壶进入体育课程,该文深入探究了其价值与开设路径,并分析了学校开设此课程的优势与劣势。结果表明,开设此课程可促进学生身心健康发展、丰富体育课程内容、推动体育事业与国际文化传播。陆地冰壶成本低、安全性高、学习周期短,与学生群体优势相匹配。然而师资人才匮乏、教学领域空白等劣势,以及资金与宣传方面的挑战也不容忽视。针对这些问题,相关部门和学校应制订相关的发展计划,培养或引入专业人才,完善教学体系,并加大宣传力度,以促进陆地冰壶课程的顺利开设,实现资源共享,推动冰雪运动的普及和发展。In order to promote the introduction ofland curling into the physical education course,this paper deeply explores its value and opening path,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of establishing this course in schools.The results show that this course can promote the physical and mental health development of students,enrich the content of physical education course,and promote the spread of physical education and international culture.Land curling has low cost,high safety and short learning cycle,which matches the advantages of the student group.However,the lack of teachers,thegap in the teaching field andother disadvantages as well asthe challenges of fundingand publicity should not be ignored.To addressthese problems,relevant departments and schools should formulaterelevantdevelopment plans,train or introduce professional talents,improve the teaching system,and increase publicity to promote the smooth opening of land curling courses,realize resource sharing,and promote the popularization and development of ice and snow sports.
