高校冰雪项目与体能锻炼的融合模式研究

摘　　要：该文研究了高校冰雪项目与体能锻炼的融合模式,旨在探索一种将冰雪运动与体能锻炼相结合的教学模式,以提高高校体育教育的质量和效果。通过对高校冰雪项目现状的分析,发现存在诸多问题,如场地设施不足、师资力量匮乏、学生参与度不高以及冰雪项目与体能锻炼的结合不够紧密等。基于此,该文主要分析了高校冰雪项目与体能锻炼的融合策略,如制订综合训练计划、开展多样化的体能锻炼活动、采用科技手段辅助训练、建立评估和反馈机制等,以供参考。This article studies the integration model of ice and snow sports and physical exercise in universities,aiming to explore a teaching model that combines ice and snow sports with physical exercise to improve the quality and effectiveness of physical education in universities.Through the analysis of the current situation of ice and snow projects in universities,it is found that there are many problems,such as insufficient venue facilities,lack of teaching staff,low student participation,and insufficient integration of ice and snow projects with physical exercise.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the integration strategies of college ice and snow projects and physical exercise,such as formulating comprehensive training plans,conducting diversified physical exercise activities,using technological means to assist training,establishing evaluation and feedback mechanisms,etc.,for reference.
