基于供给侧改革的高校“医体结合”体育教学改革实践

摘　　要：供给侧改革背景下,“医体结合”是高校体育教育教学工作中较为先进的教学理念,且取得了显著的教学成效。尤其是在“健康中国2030”和“全民健身计划”背景下,高校开展“医体结合”体育教学改革不仅培养了复合型人才,且符合公共健康服务模式构建的现实需求。鉴于此,该文阐述了“医体结合”的概念和发展历史,分析了高校“医体结合”体育教学改革的必要性,通过对高校体育教学现状的分析,提出供给侧改革背景下高校“医体结合”体育教学改革的具体实施路径,从而提高高校体育教学质量,助推体育教学改革与创新。Under the background of supply side reform,the integration of medicine and sports is a relatively advanced teaching concept in physical education teaching in universities,and has achieved significant teaching results.Especially under the background of"Healthy China 2030"and"National Fitness Plan",universities have carried out the"medical sports integration"physical education teaching reform,which not only cultivates compound talents but also meets the practical needs of constructing public health service models.In view of this,this article elaborates on the concept and development history of"medical sports integration",analyzes the necessity of the reform of"medical sports integration"physical education teaching in universities,and proposes a specific implementation path for the reform of"medical sports integration"physical education teaching in universities under the background of supply side reform,in order to improve the quality of physical education teaching in universities and promote the reform and innovation of physical education teaching.
