目标设置理论在高中羽毛球选项课发球技术教学中的实践研究

摘　　要：科学的目标对人们的学习等社会活动具有激励作用,能把人的需要转变为动力。该文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等方法,尝试在南京市江宁区天印高级中学高一体育课的羽毛球发球技术教学中运用目标设置理论,建立更加详细、具体、适合高中生身心特点的目标体系,探寻更加适合高中生的羽毛球教学手段和方法,以期为中学羽毛球运动的开展和普及提供有价值的参考。The goals of science have a motivating effect on people's learning and other social activities,and can transform people's needs into motivation.This article adopts methods such as literature review,experimentation,and mathematical statistics to attempt to apply the theory of goal setting in the teaching of badminton serving skills in the physical education class of Tianyin Senior High School in Jiangning District,Nanjing.It establishes a more detailed,specific,and suitable goal system for the physical and mental characteristics of high school students,explores more suitable badminton teaching methods and methods for high school students,and provides valuable references for the development and popularization of badminton in middle schools.
