摘　　要：医院感染管理人员是保障医院感染管理工作顺利开展和防控措施执行的首要环节和核心力量,其岗位胜任能力的高低直接决定了医院感染管理工作的质量和水平。本文就国内外医院感染管理人员岗位胜任力要求和评价指标的研究进展进行综述,同时总结现阶段我国研究的不足和主要原因,为今后构建和提升从业人员的综合能力提供参考。Nosocomial infection control personnel are crucial in ensuring the nosocomial infection management and the implementation of prevention and control measures.The level of their job competency directly determines the quality and standard of nosocomial infection management.This article reviews the research progress of competency requirements and evaluation indicators of nosocomial infection personnel domestically and internationally.It also summarizes the current gaps and primary reasons behind these gaps in China’s research,so as to offer insights for the future development and improvement of the comprehensive capabilities of these professionals.
