能谱CT在胃肠食管癌诊断中的应用进展

摘　　要：胃肠道食管癌症是全球癌症发病和死亡的主要原因。胃肠道食管癌症的准确诊断对患者精准治疗、延长生命周期至关重要。能谱CT较常规CT提高了病变的检出率,术前能定量检测和描绘病灶及其周围组织内病变,对病灶进行良恶性定性诊断、术前精确分期、组织学分化程度判定具有一定价值,利于临床治疗策略的选择和改善患者预后,提高生存率。本文对能谱CT在诊断胃肠道食管癌症中的研究作一综述。Gastrointestinal and esophageal cancers are the leading cause of cancer morbidity and mortality worldwide.Accurate diagnosis of gastrointestinal esophageal cancer is crucial for precise treatment and prolongation of life cycle of patients.Compared with conventional CT,spectral CT can improve the rate of detection of lesions,quantitatively detect and image lesions of cancers and surrounding tissues before surgery.It has some significance in the qualitative diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,accurate preoperative staging,and determination of the degree of histological differentiation of lesions,which contributes to the choice of clinical treatment strategies,improved patient prognosis,and increased survival.This article reviews the research on energy spectrum CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal and esophageal cancer.
