摘  要:高校教师培训是教师队伍建设的重要环节。做好新时代高校教师培训,是顺应新时代发展变革的迫切需要,是建设高质量教育体系的必然要求,也是广大教师专业化成长的内在需求。深入剖析了当前高校教师培训在顶层规划、方式方法和组织实施等方面存在的问题,并提出了新时代高校教师培训的优化建议及实施路径,即以全局性规划为关键,以菜单式课程为重点,以全生涯发展为牵引,以多元化评估为抓手,推动高校教师培训体系化、个性化、持续化、实效化。The training of university teachers is an important part of the construction of teaching staff.Improving the quality of university teacher training in the new era is an urgent need for adapting to the development and change of the new era,an inevitable requirement for the construction of high-quality education system,and an internal demand for the professional growth of university teachers.This article provides profound analysis of the current problems in top-level planning,methods,and organizational implementation of university teacher training.It also proposes optimization suggestions and implementation paths for the university teacher training,namely concentrating on the global planning,menu-based training courses,teachers’career development and training evaluation,thus promoting the systematization,personalization,sustainability and effectiveness of the university teacher training.
