摘　　要：针对传统成人教育大学生学业倦怠干预滞后性的问题,利用新媒体、新技术探索数字驱动视域下成人教育大学生学业倦怠问题的精准识别和干预新思路。运用大数据技术、群体画像技术以及聚类分析法等,借助大数据画像技术精准性、动态性、实时性的优点,构建成人教育大学生学业倦怠画像,提炼成人教育大学生学业倦怠类型,并有针对性地提出成人教育大学生学业倦怠干预体系。成人教育大学生学业倦怠的类型有原生环境型倦怠、心理情感型倦怠、目标迷茫型倦怠、低成就感型倦怠、生活凌乱型倦怠等类型,并根据不同类型提出相应的分类帮扶措施。从个人、学校和社会的层面分析产生成人教育大学生学业倦怠问题的原因,提出相对应的成人教育大学生学业倦怠问题干预策略。In order to solve the problem with the lag-behind traditional intervention in adult college students’academic burnout,this paper explores new ideas for accurate identification and intervention in academic burnout among adult college students from the perspective of digital driving,by applying new media and new technologies.Using big data technology,group portrait technology and clustering method,with the aid of the accurate,dynamic and real-time big data portrait technology,the portrait of adult college students was constructed,the types of academic burnout among adult college students were refined,and a well-directed intervention system targeting at adult college students was proposed.The types of academic burnout among adult college students include native environment burnout,psycho-emotional burnout,goal confusion burnout,low achievement burnout,and messy life burnout,etc.The paper analyzes the causes of academic burnout among adult college students on the individual,school and social levels,and proposes corresponding intervention strategies for adult college students’academic burnout.
