摘 要:信息时代,以教育信息化推动教育现代化成为世界教育发展的潮流。与传统教学方式相比,在线教学具有更为开放灵活且自主性较强、教学资源丰富、学生学习兴趣更易激发等优势,但也存在信息技术保障不足、教学效果难以保障、教学评价相对困难、教学质量监管有待完善等问题。文章以问题为导向,构建了以学生为主体、教师为主导,从教学督导、监控、评价和反馈4个方面出发的“双主体,四环节”在线教学质量保障体系,并基于在线教学优势和高校实施在线教学存在的问题对其质量标准进行探讨,为提升在线教学质量提供参考。In the information age,it has become the trend of world education development to promote education modernization through education informatization.Compared with traditional teaching methods,online teaching has the advantages of being more open and flexible,strong autonomy,rich teaching resources,and easier to stimulate students'learning interests,but there are also problems such as insufficient information technology guarantee,and difficulty in guaranteeing,evaluating and supervising teaching effect.This paper constructs a problem-oriented,student-centered and teacher-led quality assurance system with“double subject,four links”for online teaching,starting from the four aspects of teaching supervision,monitoring,evaluation and feedback,and discusses its quality standards based on the advantages of online teaching and the problems existing in the implementation of online teaching in colleges and universities,so as to provide references for improving the quality of online teaching.
